What is curbside shipping?
  • Curbside shipping is a type of shipping designed for large appliance such as ranges, refrigerators, dishwashers, etc.
  • The carrier will not bring items inside the home, garage, kitchen, or elsewhere.
  • Customers are responsible for arranging assistance if needed to receive the order beyond the curbside.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. We will require photos of the damaged item and packaging to initiate the return process.
