I installed this unit in a large, poorly insulated sunroom in Florida, and it's been fantastic. It cools the space quickly and effectively manages humidity. The heating function is just as impressive. While I handled the installation myself, I strongly recommend having an electrician take care of the electrical work. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase!

This ice maker is fantastic.

This ice maker is fantastic. We’re a family of four and use ice throughout the day, and this machine quickly produces a lot of it. You can even adjust the cube size. The ice isn't like Sonic ice but rather thinner, more manageable cubes. The largest setting produces ice in sheets that are tough to break up, so we switched to a smaller setting and it’s just right. The ice scoops out easily, too!

I'm extremely happy with my mini split system! The shipping was a bit delayed—I received a notice about the delay and when I contacted the carrier, they couldn't explain it. It arrived a day late. However, once I unpacked everything, I found the installation to be straightforward after watching a few DIY videos. I had an electrician handle the electrical work. Overall, I love this mini split and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable system.
