If you are chemically sensitive and looking for a powerful air purifier, then you've selected the right one. Being Chemical Sensitive is definitely a challenge.  Not only do you need to worry about resolving chemicals and VOC in your home or office, but you often need special carbon that doesn't effect you.  This unit comes with an extra large carbon bed. It has 26 lbs of special wood based german grade carbon that is clean, odorless, and has no carbon dust. The prefilter is made of cotton and the hepa barrier provides effective clean up of 95% of particulate down to 1 microns in size of particulate.

    Filter Maintenance

    • Gaskets:
      • Should be replaced whenever you get new carbon/hepa to ensure an air tight seal 
    • Prefilter:
      • Clean regular with vacuum from exterior of unit.
      • Replace every 12 months in normal usage

      • Change every 12 months
    • Carbon Filter
      • Change every 18-30 months under normal usage
